Antonio "Tony" Bryant joined the staff in 2003 as a musician and now serves as Minister of Music and head of Ministry of Arts. He is a 2008 graduate of Chattahoochee Valley Community College with a Liberal Arts AA Degree and he is currently pursuing a BA in Performing Arts at Georgia Southwestern State University. His favorite verse is Psalm 34:19.

Minister Tony's personal testimony: As I began to grow in the ministry, God began to pour out many blessings upon my life. As the Minister of Music, it is my desire to minister to God's people through praise and worship! It is my prayer that God blesses and positions me to minister to the nations and I make a global impact for His Kingdom.


Carolyn Rispress was the first ever attendee of the first Bible Study in July of 2002. Carolyn joined the staff in 2003, first as Head of Hospitality and now she serves as Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for handling the day-to-day business of all administrative needs for New Life Christian Ministries. Mrs. Rispress is both humbled and excited about what God has for the future of NLCM. Her favorite verse is Romans 8:28.

Crystal McLaurin joined in September of 2010. She serves as an active member of the Adult Praise & Worship Team, the Adult Dance Ministry, Minister of Music for the Youth Praise & Worship Team and she serves on the Public Relations Team. She is a 2010 graduate of Columbus State University with a BA Degree in Health Science and she plans to pursue a MHA, Masters in Healthcare Administration in the near future. Her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Crystal's personal testimony: I was welcomed to NLCM with opened arms, and ever since, I've had a growing desire to become more action oriented for God's vision. With a strong passion to help others, my prayer is that God uses me as an instrumental part of this ministry in order to serve and encourage His people, and take part in the manifestation of His Vision to minister throughout the world.

Elect Lady Demetrica Franklin joined in June of 2010. She is the wife of Pastor Jacob L Franklin Sr, she heads the Dance Ministry and serves on the Public Relations Team. She is a 2001 graduate with a Networking Specialist diploma from Columbus Technical College and she graduated with honors, from Ashworth University with a BS, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was recognized by the Delta Epsilon Tau National Honor Society. She plans to pursue a MBA, Masters of Science in Business Administration in the near future. Her favorite verses are: Psalm 16:5-8.

Demetrica‘s personal testimony: Since joining NLCM, I have experienced God's Glory and Promises like never before. As I continue my walk with God, I pray that everything that I do pleases Him. My desire is to reach my fullest potential in Him and build up His Kingdom, as I align my life with the Word of God.
